I’m a final year Ph.D. student from the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences at Northwestern University, where I am very fortunate to be advised by Prof. Simge Küçükyavuz. I graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2018, majoring in Combinatorics and Optimization.

My primary research goal is to deepen our understanding and develop efficient algorithms of mixed-integer nonlinear and linear problems in data science and operations research. My research interests include:

  • Integer programming
  • Combinatorial optimization
  • Convex optimization
  • Logistics
  • Statistical learning
  • Causal inference
